Have you wondered why there is so much clinical depression in the world today? Ask yourself why our young people are so distressed. Why so many of them attempt suicide or worse the murder of their classmates or families. Do you conclude as I do that we need more of a personal touch?

A better life has been achieved when we are no longer trying to achieve a better life. It means that we are content, as we should be, with ourselves and what we have. To be anxious for more or to envy someone else's life or possessions is self-defeating. We are then in a constant state of frustration, always hoping and waiting for more happiness.
Too often we become enmeshed in competition or our ego screams for attention when really all our spirit wants is for us to unleash our brilliant gifts into the world. You can't take it with you so aim high and bring that brilliance forth. What is not given is lost forever.

We all experience some stress in our lives every day, but if you find yourself worrying so much that you're losing sleep and having a hard time concentrating at work, then it is time you took action. Worry and fear are powerful emotions, and if left untreated they can often lead to anxiety and even depression.
Often times stress will manifest when we carry over yesterday's concerns into our present day concerns. An accumulation will almost always end up in a high stress level. Therefore, we must be able to dump all of our concerns from the previous day or days and concentrate wholly on our today.
