7 DAY KINDNESS CHALLENGE

At the core of rethinking mental health is the way we treat others, whether they are struggling from a mental illness or just having a bad day. Kindness and thoughtfulness of others is one of the most effective way we can make this world a happier and more inclusive place. Rethink Mental Health Incorporated invites you to take our 7 Day Kindness Challenge by practicing at least one small, but meaningful act of kindness every day of the week OR making Kindness your New Years resolution throughout the month of January (and beyond). 

Once you've completed the 7 Day Kindness Challenge, share your results in the survey below to help spread the word about the power of kindness. 

Why Kindness Counts

Kindness is at the core of making the world a more accepting, inclusive and supportive place. By treating others with kindness, empathy and respect, you create a ripple effect that can make a true difference in someones day or even life! 

In doing the kindness challenge, we invite people to become more empathetic towards others, which means doing kind things without personal gain or interest. The kindness challenge is about helping others feel reaffirmed, validated and supported in what is often a cold, selfish world. As a result of more people being kind, the world can become a more understanding and inclusive environment for us all, including and most importantly to those who are suffering in silence with their mental health. ​
