Expressions in Ink 

Whether in the form of poetry or a journal entry, writing out your emotions and experiences with mental health issues is not only a great way to process your feelings, but a great way to helps others relate to you. Writing is a healthy and often influential way to express yourself and to help encourage expressive writers, we have created a safe place to publish written works of all kinds. 

If you would like your mental health themed writings showcased on our Expressions in Ink Showcase, complete the contact form below! With your permission, we will periodically share these submissions on our social media platform and tag you and your work may be considered for publication in a physical book by the end of 2021 as well!
